Yes, we charge a design service fee to cover the extensive hours spent researching, planning, reserving, managing, and perfecting your personalized trip itinerary. This fee is paid after our initial consultation call and before we start working on your itinerary. By paying for our services, you can be assured that we work solely in your best interest. During your initial Discovery Call, we will review our fees, which vary depending on the complexity, number of travelers, and length of the vacation. Your trust in our dedication to your unforgettable vacation is of utmost importance to us.
What is trip protection insurance, and do I really need it?
Trip protection, or travel insurance, safeguards your vacation investment by covering unexpected delays or medical emergencies during your trip. Coverage levels vary, but typically include protection against baggage delays or loss, medical care, emergency medical evacuations, and unexpected cancellations. Additionally, many U.S. health insurance plans do not cover costs at foreign medical facilities.
As your trusted Travel Advisor, we will provide a quote for travel insurance with your chosen itinerary, and payment will be due at the time of your initial deposit. If you decline to purchase insurance, you will need to sign an Insurance Waiver. Without travel insurance, we will be unable to assist you with any issues that arise before, during, or after your trip.
